Behind the Studio Door

A short profile of recent work as part of the Behind The Studio Door series, profiling Australian creators, put together by Books Illustrated in Melbourne;

Grimm-related sculptures in various states of completion under my studio window.

  1. Hello! I just read that and must admit I have the app of Rules of Summer and feel dumb now because I cannot toggle between painting and sketch mode. For me the app is just exactly the book with no extras. I will now try again to find it but I`d be glad to get a hint how to find sketch mode. :)

  2. Yes, it's a bonus that opens after you've read the whole book through completely in painted mode. Then I there's another 'easter egg' after you've looked at the sketches too, where a pinup board of a whole lot of other prelim work can be looked at. Thanks for asking, I just realised that this would not be obvious at all! But a nice surprise I guess.

  3. Got it! Now I can go see the sketches. It really wasn`t that obvious. Am happy now. Thank you. Wonderful pics!

    1. It is a beautiful art that is very rare. It is a work that can spread out widely.
